I can’t recommend Dan and his team enough. Having had a conversation about a house I had owned for a number of years that had fallen into disrepair and had a long standing tenant in situ. Ey Up were called for some advise on if to renovate and re rent, sell as was or do up and sell.

**Update post completion** the work they have put in to get me all sold is phenomenal. Both sets of Solicitors in my opinion were poor and I was tearing my hair out at times but John kept me calm and assisted with prompts to them and the support was really appreciated.
